These Terms of Service (the Terms) set out the conditions for using Lanbla (the Service). By using the Service, you (the User) agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to every relationship between the User and the operator of the Service in connection with use of the Service.

Article 2 (Account registration)

  • The User shall register information that is truthful and accurate.
  • The User is responsible for managing the Apple or Google account used to sign in, and must not let a third party use it.

Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)

When using the Service, the User must not engage in any of the following.

  • Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
  • Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the servers or network of the Service
  • Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the source code of the Service
  • Conduct that causes disadvantage or harm to other Users
  • Improperly creating or using multiple accounts

  • Any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Paid plans)

  • In addition to the free plan, the Service offers paid plans with extra features (Lanbla Lite, Lanbla Pro and Lanbla Max). Pricing and contents are as displayed on the relevant screen in the app.
  • Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless the User cancels, the subscription renews automatically on the same terms at the end of each billing period.
  • Cancellation is made from the subscription settings of the store you use (App Store or Google Play) at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. After cancelling, the paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period, and billing stops from the next renewal onward. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
  • If the User purchases a product that includes a free trial period, the subscription automatically becomes a paid subscription when the free period ends unless the User cancels during the free period.

  • The operator is not liable for damages incurred by the User through use of the Service, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator.

Article 7 (Changes, suspension, and termination)

The operator may change the contents of the Service, or suspend or terminate it, without prior notice to Users.

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)

The operator may change these Terms without prior notice to Users when it deems it necessary. The revised Terms take effect once posted within the Service.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
